Okay, because of the long waiting queue, customers vent all their angers on us. Sigh, get used to it can alr......

One of the case was worst, I was replacing one of the staff doing photocopier as she went for her break.Then a old women customer was asking me questions about some technical stuff, so I asked her to go look for technician over the other side.... In the end, she complained that the technician asked her to look for more expert staff over here. So she was very unhappy and scolded me! Excuses me , you think I know those technical terms uhs!

Beside her was an old uncle who was waiting for me to check his Maxonline status, in the end both the old women and the uncle scolded me together! What the fuck!? The uncle said we, the teenagers, english was like *** ! I stood there for awhile and let them happily scold...... they shouted louder and louder and I quickly walked off and went into the OVP room and complained to my colleagues..... In the end, both of them make friends and happily chit-chatting at one side, LOLS.

lack of sleep for the last few days, really almost fainted during the roadshow.
the queue like one long dragon, they have to queue outside the hall and waited for their turn to come in and queue JUST TO GET A QUEUE NO.
and thats most of the customers complained about. After getting a queue no, they still have to queue to wait for their turn to get serve. All the process lasted for more than 5 hours for a customer ......
